DoAmour is for adults only, and we treat any risk to a child as the most serious thing that can happen on the service.
Our policy
We prohibit any content, conduct or use of the service that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child — including through AI companions. This applies to what members send each other and to what members try to make a companion produce.
How we prevent it
- Members must be 18 or over, and we remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.
- Nobody can be found or contacted without an invite code they chose to share and a request they chose to accept.
- Companions refuse and end conversations that move toward minors, and image and video generation refuses any request that describes a minor or a real person, before anything is made.
How to report
In any chat: tap the name, choose Report. Or write to admin@doamour.ai with the subject “Child safety”. These reports are read before anything else, by a person.
How we respond
We remove the account, preserve the evidence, and report to the relevant authorities where the law requires or allows it. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
Designated contact
Child-safety notices — from members, from Google Play, and from law enforcement — go to our child-safety lead at admin@doamour.ai with the subject Child safety. That inbox is read by a person every day; a child-safety report is acknowledged within 24 hours and handled before anything else. Content that is illegal is preserved and reported to the relevant authorities in India under the POCSO Act and the Information Technology Act, and to other authorities where the law requires or allows it, and the accounts involved are removed.
