From inside the app
Profile → Contact support is a short form — pick a category, say what it is about, write your message — and it arrives with your account and app version attached, which is the fastest way to get a payment or login problem looked at. Replies appear under My support requests and as a notification. To report someone from a chat, open their profile and choose Report.
